The sound of Noise Floor Music, Roy Vanegas's solo music project, is an amalgam of ambient textures, downtempo rhythms, and mellifluous constructions. It's a slow mix of post–rock and electronica. A fitting classification might be “post electronica.” The music exhibits Pärt, Boards of Canada, and GY!BE as influences.

Roy's passion for post–rock, electronica, and neo–classical minimalism doesn't allow him to choose the genre in which to concentrate, so he attempts to include elements of them all into his music.
